Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish or cast-iron skillet.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.

In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.

Mix in cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, cooked sausage, green chiles, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper). Stir until evenly combined.
