INGREDIENTS

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese shredded
  • 1 cup ground sausage cooked, mild or spicy, crumbled
  • 1 4 oz can diced green chiles drained
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for heat
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped, optional, for garnish
  • Crackers, tortilla chips, or bread slices for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
  2. 2 In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
  3. 3 In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
  4. 4 Mix in cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, cooked sausage, green chiles, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper). Stir until evenly combined.
  5. 5 Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. 6 Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread.
