In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Prepare the vegetables: Peel, fork-score, thinly slice, and dice the cucumber. Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Chop the red onion into small pieces. Cube the fresh mozzarella.

In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, quartered cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, and cubed mozzarella.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine. Serve immediately or chill for a refreshing summer side.
