INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large chicken breasts (Approximately 1 pound total.)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (Optional, for serving.)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning.
  2. 2 Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. 3 Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4 Remove the cooked chicken from the air fryer. On each tortilla, place a layer of fresh spinach, followed by a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese, and the cooked chicken strips.
  5. 5 Roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling. Spray the outside of each wrap lightly with olive oil spray. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket seam-side down.
  6. 6 Air fry the wraps at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and golden.
  7. 7 Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Slice each wrap in half and serve with ranch dressing if desired.
